We are very excited about the upcoming launch of the new Tasting Menu! The Cotage Fromage Tasting Menu is the result of a many requests for a comprehensive and special tasting experience, where top dishes from the Cotage Fromage are carefully paired with the delicous Vrede en Lust wines.
Steamed Wantons
During this Spring, Duncan and Susan put together a 6 course tasting menu that is ideal for those guests who have a bit more time available and with a shared passion for fine food and wine. There are two versions of the tasting menu: Regular or Vegetarian. Each menu consists of 6 smaller portions that is served with a half-glass of wine specially selected by the Vrede en Lust winemaker, Susan Erasmus.
Six of Chef Duncan Doherty’s most flavoursome dishes, paired with 6 perfectly matching Vrede en Lust wines for only R299 (£23 or €27 or $37!) per person.
