We offer free wine tasting at our Tasting room counter! Visitors often ask us why we offer free wine tastings when most other wineries charge for tastings? We always try to explain that there is a difference between free tasting and free drinking 
We also explain that it does not make sense to spend a lot of money to attend a wine show somewhere and then charge those who take the time and make the effort to come and visit us! If you make the investment in time to visit with us, it is only natural for us to reward your investment.
Complete your vine and wine experience and relax in our modern Cape-African winery complex where our tasting room is situated, overlooking seas of vines and onto the beautiful Groot Drakenstein mountains.
Make yourself comfortable at our tasting tables or one one of the comfortable leather couches and let us guide you through our range of wines. We offer the Free Wine tasting which includes seven wines and also the Premium wine tasting which include four of our more limited and Reserve wines. The latter is R25 per person. To accompany our wine tasting, we offer cheese platters with freshly baked breads and deep-fried olives made by Cotage Fromage at R85. The time of preparation of these cheese platters vary between 10- and 20 minutes depending on how busy the restaurant is.
Exclusively for our Wine Club Members we also have a private tasting room in our cellar, where wine tastings are available with our winemaker Susan Erasmus. Bookings in advance are essential. (Subject to availability)

We are open Monday to Sunday from 10am to 5pm for tastings. Groups of more than 10 visitors by appointment please.
We also have Free Nanny Care for parents with young children while enjoying wine tasting! Parents can now relax and be at ease while their children are taken care of by qualified nannies at the secure play area with jungle gym and jumping castle!
