As every bride knows. . . there is just so many weekends to choose from for her perfect day, and therefore we at Vrede en Lust have designed a midweek wedding package with a 15% discount, that incorporates the quality of our normal wedding packages, while at the same time offering exceptional value for money.

For the majority of couples who announce engagements a year or even two years before a wedding, weekend dates at well-known facilities are already reserved, especially during the high-volume months of November through to May.

A few years ago, the idea of planning a weekday wedding was unthinkable. Today, due in large part to the substantial savings involved, it has become not only commonplace, but has spurred another wedding industry trend.

The above rates are VAT Inclusive and includes the following:

• Accommodation in 11 luxury double rooms (includes 3 x cottages and a luxury Manor House)
• Full English Breakfast at the pool patio or at Cotage Fromage Restaurant and Deli
• The full use of our Historic Cellar & Vineyard Terrace and seating for up to 140 people
• Reception set-up of standard round tables, white plastic chairs, cutlery and crockery (excludes glassware)
• The venue is backed by a powerful generator to ensure that ESCOM problems do not derail your most important day! The cost of hiring such a generator for your big day would be about R10,000, but at Vrede en Lust it is part of the package at no extra cost! The generator also provides backup power for all the accommodation.
