The Mopani Cabernet Sauvignon 2006 is a delicious example of an easy drinking Cape Cabernet, with blackcurrents, red berries & violets, smooth chocolate and succulant tannins. Lovely with a meal or by itself.

Wine Making Notes
Fruit driven in style, fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Goal is an easy drinking, fruit forward wine style with medium body. Bottled at the end of 2007.
