The Mopani Chardonnay 2007 is a delicious example of an easy drinking Cape Chardonnay, without too much oak and with an elegant finish. Lovely with a meal or by itself.

Perfectly balanced with delicate, creamy hints of peach and tropical fruit, followed by smooth palate with butter and hazelnut on the finish.

Wine Making Notes
Fruit driven in style, fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Goal is an easy drinking, fruit forward wine style with medium body. Bottled at the end of 2007.
