This sophisticated dry Rose is named after the owner's eldest daughter, Jessica Lee.

The wine is characterized by its crisp style and fruity palate. The wine is light bodied and lovely to enjoy with a meal or by itself.

The Jess over delivers on quality and has become a favourite.

Available in 375ml and 750ml under Stelvin.

Style & Tasting Notes

The Jess displays fresh strawberry and watermelon fruit, floral notes and a smooth finish.

Wine Making Notes

The grapes are specially harvested for Rose production at different sugar levels. The components of Jess are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks to enhance the options for the final blend. The juice is treated like a white wine and fermented with no lees contact or malolactic fermentation. The wine was bottled on the 23rd of July.
