Sarah displays intense flavours of summer fruit, following through to a smooth, well balanced palate. Sarah is produced from Chardonnay and made in an unwooded style to high-light the bright fruit character. Sarah Anne Buys is Dana’s youngest daughter and this wine was named after her on her 16th birthday, following in the family tradition of Jess’s wine. A wonderful, light white wine for warm summer''s days and nights.

Tasting Notes
Intricate nose of white pears and tropical fruits. The fruit driven aromas follow through on the palate with a crisp citrus acidity and a smooth finish.
Winemaker Notes
Produced from our Ricton vineyards in the Simonsberg-Paarl ward. The wine is fermented at low temperature in stainless steel tanks and spends a short amount of time on the lees. It does not undergo malolactic fermentation, nor does it receive any wood treatment. The result is a well balanced, fresh wine.
