OUR MEMBERSHIP:
Membership discount will only apply after you have paid for your first shipment. All members will enjoy a variety of benefits, dependent on what tier of membership have been attained. By joining the Vrede en Lust Wine Club, you must commit yourself to receive scheduled shipments, at least for one year. Membership will be renewed automatically for the next year unless terminated in writing by the member.

Vrede en Lust has the right to change the membership tier or cancel your membership should you not spend the specific amount in a year or commit yourself in receiving your shipments.

PAYMENT
Payment can only be made via any VISA, MASERCARD, DINERS CLUB, AMERICAN EXPRESS or DEBIT ORDER.

PRICING:
All prices quoted include Value Added Tax (VAT), currently 14%. Prices quoted are per bottle or case as indicated. Vrede en Lust reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice.

CANCELLATION:
Cancellation of membership should be in writing, to wineclub@vnl.co.za, prior to your scheduled Wine Club shipment being dispatched, Please note, once your membership is cancelled, and all benefits in terms of your membership will also be cancelled with immediate effect. Cancellations of shipments are only possible if the stock has not yet been dispatched before delivery.

RETURN POLICY:
Vrede en Lust guarantee the quality of the wines we produce, and your satisfaction is foremost a priority. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days to arrange the return of the product at your cost. If we find that the product is faulty, we will refund the product as well as the delivery costs. You may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if the return is a result of our error
(e.g. you received an incorrect or defective product), or you received damaged goods.

REFUNDS:
Where you have paid by credit card, we will process any refunds to the credit card used for the purchase. In any other case, we will refund you by EFT payment.

CREDIT CARD DETAILS:
We understand the importance of privacy and security. We commit to protect the information we collect from you and guarantee that it will only be used for purpose of processing your order and providing you with services you requested from us. Under no circumstances will your personal details be made available to any organisation or third party.

DELIVERY:
Subject to receipt of payment, delivery will be made door to door at the address specified by you in your initial application. Please indicate your correct delivery address.

Orders are only delivered in South Africa. Delivery will be charged per your membership tier.

All goods must be signed for at delivery by an adult aged 18 year or over. If no adult is at the address when the delivery is attempted, the courier, in which case a notification of the attempted delivery will be given, will retain the product. If the delivery address is a work address, the Wine Club member must personally sign for the receipt of the consignment, as Vrede en Lust will not be liable for any loss of wines. Should the product be returned to the farm, the member will be held liable for the delivery costs.

Notify Vrede en Lust of address change prior delivery. Vrede en Lust is not responsible for the shipping charges incurred due to misdirected wine. We will not be liable for any loss occasioned by any delay in the delivery. If there are specific needs regarding a delivery it must please be indicated in writing, to wineclub@vnl.co.za

WINE CLUB DISCOUNTS
As a Wine Club member your membership discount applies to wines bought and accommodation. The % of discount will be granted per your membership tier on the above. Discounts will not be allowed on any specials on wines or special rates for accommodation. Wine Club members will receive the lower of the two rates
