This appealing Shiraz is an elegant wine with supple fruit and spice balance, prompting the name change to Syrah*. The grapes were picked by hand, the selected blocks fermented separately and only blended after maturation.
*Note: Syrah is the French word for Shiraz.

Lady J Syrah presents a deep, vibrant ruby color with a rich, complex bouquet. On the nose, you'll find intense aromas of ripe blackberries, dark plums, and black cherries, accented by notes of black pepper, cloves, and sweet spices. These primary aromas are complemented by hints of smoky oak, dark chocolate, and a subtle earthiness.
